Jazz Harmony Designs Fee Structure

Almost all of the services that Jazz Harmony Designs provides are based on an hourly charge of $40 per hour charged in 15 minute increments (i.e. $10 for each 15 minute period). The items that are charged at this rate are:

• Graphic Design
• Web Site Layout and Design
• Web Site Optimization
  • Page Code "Clean Up"
  • Page/Site Re-Design
  • Search Engine Optimization (i.e. keywords and key phrases)
  • Search Engine Submission
• Flash Animation Creation

Other services that you may need will be charged appropriately on a case by case basis. These other items may include:

• Database Creation and Implementation
• Video Editing
• Audio Editing
• Web Site Hosting
• Domain Name Registration

If you choose to have Jazz Harmony Designs host your site for you, there are 2 options:

• Paid Monthly at $7.99 per month ($95.88 per year)
• Paid Annually at $5.99 per month or only $71.88 per year

Jazz Harmony Designs can easily take care of obtaining the domain name(s) of your choice (if available) and set up your hosting so you don't have to concern yourself with the details of getting your site on the internet. If you choose to have Jazz Harmony Designs take care of your domain name and hosting, there are are 2 options:

• With the Paid Monthly hosting plan, each domain name is $7.99 per year (billed the first month)
• With the Paid Annually hosting plan, each domain name is only $6.99 per year (billed the first month)

Billing occurs once monthly on the date that your site becomes "active". All design, optimization, hosting and domain name fees are billed the first month. If you choose an annual plan, you will be billed the first month and only billed for subsequent months if there is any work done to your site (i.e. updates, changes, etc.) You will have the choice to be billed via regular mail (USPS "Snail Mail") or email (a pdf or Word document bill sent to the email address of your choice). Payment may be made by mailing a payment or electronically through PayPal.
