About Jazz Harmony Designs

Jazz Harmony Designs is a sole proprietorship business registered in James City County, VA. It was created and is operated by musician and web developer Jim Harney.

JHD was conceived in the summer of 2005 while Jim was still a student at ECPI College of Technology in Newport News, VA. In the spring of 2006, Jim completed his degree at ECPI in Computer Science with a concentration in web development. It was at this time that Jazz Harmony Designs began to grow. Having studied a wide variety of programming languages and web development applications, Jim is comfortable creating, updating, optimizing and implementing web sites.

Currently Jazz Harmony Designs is geared toward web site creation and optimization for personal sites, small and medium sized businesses with the promise of continuing to grow in the future.
